Disclaimer: I do not own Van Helsing, nor any of the characters from it. I do not make any money from the writing of this story. |
My God, I’m an updating fiend. Third chapter already, eh,
kids? To think this was going to be a Dracy and Anna PWP… in case you haven’t
caught on, it’s going to be a little more than that now. Just a little.
Disclaimer: Still don’t own this movie. I’m working on it,
but first I have to fight some lawyers to the death. That’ll take some time
yet.
Warnings: This chapter is actually g-rated! Nah, just
kidding… lessee… more Dracy/Anna steaminess… limey and orangey (oranges?
Another sort of citrus fruit…I guess) no lemons… sorry. Hmm… and then there’s
the little OC who wants to have vampy sex with Hugh Jackman. Or … sorry… Van
Helising… I just think of him more as Hugh Jackman because… I dunno… I do?
Anyway, if you’ve somehow forgotten from the last chapter, that OC is a dude…
IMPLICATION: boy on boy… rawr…
A sudden chill seized the air as they entered, floating down
from above like waifs of spirits descending to the earth on All Hallows Eve.
The two figures were just on time; it was nearly midnight of that fateful day.
Everyone present found the breath stolen from his or her
lungs at the sight. It struck something mournful, and yet so fragrantly
beautiful it made you want to cry.
Anna was dressed in red and black, her bodice twined with
ancient patterns that swirled spidery down to the top part of her skirt. She
wore no mask; her face was radiant with joy, as she kept her eyes locked firm
in her lover’s. On her waist she wore the black-sleeved arm of Dracula, draped
all the way around, pressing her tightly against him. Her red silk gloves found
themselves in separate place, one clasping the hand of the vampire, the other
set against his back.
In this way, they danced above the crowd, suspended in the
air.
It was hypnotizing, the movements of the two bodies
complimenting, forming the most complete waltz ever seen. He moved her, she
him, and all the time there was no music playing, only that that seemed to
float out from under their intricate footfalls. Hands stroked tender areas of
flesh, mouths met and parted, tongues flickered down like fireflies in their
speed and terseness. And somehow, it was all part of this same erotic dance
performed as though by the wind.
There was never a matter of whether it would stop. All
personal matters were forgotten the moment the pair drifted in. The only thing
that anyone could do was watch, utterly intoxicated by the sweet breaths of the
Princess and the intimate connection she had with the imposing figure of
vampire charm.
Somehow, the display ceased,
the two vampires still as glass.
“Yours is the only heartbeat I need to feel,” Dracula
whispered in her ear, slipping his fingers down the front of her dress and
planting a firm palm against her chest.
“You should not say such things unless you know they are
true,” she responded, her eyes almost filling with tears. His hand felt as
though it held a ripped seam together, its cool smoothness keeping her from
falling apart.
“Allow me to introduce my new bride, Vampiress Anna!” the
Count announced with a flourish, though he left his hand inside the woman’s
bodice.
Applause flooded the floor beneath them, the movement
resembling waves of color. Somewhere in the din, Van Helsing rubbed his eyes,
dazed beyond reason.
“Anna… is a vampire?” Carl rang out, lamely.
“It looks to be true,” the killer chanced another glance at
the woman, blushing now, as the hand against her slid lower.
“I told you,” Vance leaned up into Gabriel’s face, a teasing
smile set as bait.
But, suddenly the hunter had a downcast gaze, his body looked
as though it had entirely turned to stone.
“Hey, cutie, what’s wrong?” the young vampire slid an arm
around the man’s neck, lying his head against a black velvet tunic while pawing
at the cords that dangled from his cloak.
“I don’t have time for this,” he growled sullenly, shoving
the affectionate boy away. He about faced and stalked off, his cape billowing
slightly at his sharp pace.
The vampire was so well collected he was able to brush off
the rejection as though it had never happened.
“I thought he would have already heard. He made her into a
vampire last night, everyone knows that,” his voice was drawn tight, but
otherwise untouched.
“Who are you?” Carl was backing away slowly, his eyes a
little wide.
Vance sighed, taking a seat on the corner of a table and then
propping his chin on one fine-fingered hand, inquisitively.
“Just another fan of the great demon hunting holy man,” his voice
sounded far off, as though remembering something. Then he tossed the though
away with a flip of his hand. “My name is Vance Govorikin. And it looks that I
am about to become the hunter…”
“What?” Carl squeaked. “What do you want with Van Helsing?”
The vampire boy laughed, tossing back his head to get the
full affect, and then snapping it back now, slithering his face close to the
friar.
“You want to find out what I was going to do to him?” Vance
pierced straight through Carl’s soul with his lusting eyes.
“Not… really…” the friar blinked, shivering. He felt like he
was being mentally raped.
“Good. I don’t want to tell you. Monks wouldn’t understand
something like this,” he went back to his haughty little slumping.
Carl stared at the floor, trying to return his heart beat to
normal. That was a little tough. A male vampire had just hit on him, and
despite what some of the priests of the Order said about the time he spent with
Gabriel, he was NOT gay.
“So long as you’re going to stand there with that stupid look
on your face, you may as well tell me what you and he were doing here,” Vance
broke through Carl’s little haze of fright.
“What we were… don’t you know?” Carl stuttered it out,
wringing his hands as he made the attempt at bravado.
“I’m a vampire, you bothersome twit. That doesn’t make me
omnipotent.”
“Well… then how did you know that Anna had been Dracula’s
bride? And you knew Van Helsing pretty well from the way you were acting,” the
friar rose up, puffing out his chest like a sparrow who had found the perfect
place to nest.
“Do you think all we do is sit all alone in coffins and rot?
We know what’s going on. Vampires have their own communication system. We love
to hear the sounds of our own voices, and so, news travels fast. I heard about
the Princess this morning, and as for how I know Gabriel, in short I heard of
him and I’d seen the wanted posters… now, answer my question.”
Carl was deflated at the speech; it stung him a little and
let all his courage out again. Easy come easy go.
“I said answer my question,” the boy’s eyes glowed like the
inside blue of a flame.
The friar could only stare at the ground. Then he took his
gaze to the place where Anna and Dracula floated in the air, chatting with
various guests below them. Lastly he followed the path Gabriel had taken when
he had stormed off. The idea hit him like a blast of light.
“You go aim.”im.”
“What?” Vance’s voice soared with his surprise.
“You should go and ask him what we were doing here. Yes,
that’s what you’ll do…” the friar started cackling lightly and rubbing his
hands together like a mad man.
“You… first you were annoying, now you’re scheming?”
“Yes. Now go and comfort him. It’s perfect… perfect…”
“For what?”
“He’s a werewolf. The only thing that can cure him is a
vampire’s blood!” Carl shouted his deduction, gaining several stares in return.
Vance leaped from his tabletop and clamped a hand over the
man’s mouth.
“You’re not supposed to know that!” he hissed, quieting the
friar.
“Really?” Carl whispered, as the hand was removed. “But isn’t
it ingenious? The only thing that can kill Dracula is a werewolf. I realized
that from this painting on the wall of the Castle Valerias. But, if you think
about it, it makes sense. Werewolves are his slaves, and they obey him, but
they are also the only one’s that can kill him… and what good would come of
their killing? Vampire blood! The solution to their moonlit dilemma.”
“So…” Vance straightened up, trying to see between the lines
of what the friar had just said. “You want me to let Gabriel drink some of my
blood because somehow, he’s been turned into a werewolf. And the only thing I
get out of this deal is a little bit of information about why the hell you two
were here in the first place?”
“Something like that…” Carl ground the toe of his boot
against the marble floor.
“I’ll do it,” the friar was seized with jubilation at the
acceptance. “Just one condition.”
The small man cringed, “What?”
“I get to have my fun with the great Van Helsing.”
Hmmm… fun… yes, of course… heheh…
what do ya think? Well besides the excessive typos… I’m lazy, give me a break…
there was a taste of anna/Dracy in this, but… much more to come (cum?) I’m
sure… MUCH more… the whole Gabe/OC thing just has plot potential… (you’ll see
what he’s up to… and how he has something to do with anna and stuff…) but, in
the mean time, I kind of like him… he’s turned out the naughty little bitch I
wanted… and if he wasn’t my baby I’d fuck him… but he is, and I’m not big on
incest… in fact it creeps me out… but whatever kids… this is riley c. saying…
“never trust a hippie” (“who killed
bambi?”)
