While admitting it would most likely
make her blush, Nic had been listening to the men she loved consummate their
newfound relationship. The moans and
words she heard made her body ache to join them�and she hoped that in a few
months time, that would be possible.
She was as quiet as she could be
as she opened the door and slipped inside.

The curtains around the bed were
still closed, but she could see the candlelight within. Smiling to herself, she pulled back one of
the panels and slipped into bed alongside the sleeping men. She marveled at the sight before her. She had fully expected to find Noel and Jake
either on separate sides of the bed � or perhaps Jake curled up on Noel�but
no. She found her husband�s head on her
love�s chest, and though he was sleeping, he had a look of pure bliss and
contentment on his face � as did Jake.

It�s really going to happen. I really don�t have to give either of them
up�

She pulled back the covers and put
her head on the right side of Jake�s chest as she covered herself back up. Both men were still nude, and while this
could have excited her further, it didn�t, not now. She was hoping upon hope that everything she found herself
longing for would come to pass.

Jake felt the mattress move and knew
that his love was beside him. He turned
his head and looked at her, blushing.
�Nic,� he whispered, �I don� know why ye�or how I�but I don� wan� t�
leave ye. Either o� ye.� He wanted to kiss her, and she knew. She moved her face closer to his and their
lips met. �I still love ye more than
anything else in this world.�

�I love you too, Jacob. I always will.� She rested her head on him again. �Do you�get along well with him then?�

Jake smiled. �Ye could say that.� He looked at the man who was sleeping
soundly, body pressed to his own. ��E�s
amazin�. An� I wan� more than�this with
�im.�

�You�ll have it, Jake. He�s wonderful � he compliments us
both.�

There was one concern echoing in
Jake� head over and over and he knew he wouldn�t find peace until he voiced
it. �I�ll always be�envious o� �im
though.�

�Oh?� Nic had a feeling that she knew what he was going to say.

�Aye.� He put a hand on her stomach.
�He�ll always have somethin� special with ye tha� I don�.�

Nic smiled and put her hand on top
of his. �Don�t you think that he or
she�s going to want someone to play with?�
Noel woke up a few minutes earlier, listening, but feigned sleep. �That is�if you�d want��

�I do. God knows I do��

�One
big, happy family.� Noel�s voice was
like a comforting blanket to both of them.
�And I shall make sure none of its members want for anything��
