Chapter Two – The Reaping
You stand on the starting plateau, with your teammates next to you. A dog called Bob, Norm the giant and of course the amazing EC-45, a masterpiece of modern technology. As you look to your left, you see all the other teams from the other Districts. You recognise most faces from the training course, where you have already picked out some girls you really want to come across. Margaery looks at you with a disgusted gaze, knowing you are the only male in the Games of this year. You grin and nod as you get ready to run for the Cornucopia.
The whole area feels awfully quiet and you can hear the wind rustling through the leaves when suddenly the walls drop down and the games have begun. Norm picks you up and sprints towards the supply camp in the middle, using his 10 meters as an advantage to take enormous steps and reach the building first.
“Thanks bud!”, you smile as the giant places you on the ground again. You look around and take some useful surviving tools – a knife, cooking supplies and a crossbow should do the trick. Right before Korra reaches the next supply pile, you manage to snag some food that was lying there and head out for the forest. Behind you, Storm was butting heads with Ginny Weasly to get to the medicines first. You hear a scream, followed by a cannon shot and as you look back, the Weasly redhead was lying dead on the ground, burnt with electricity from Storm’s powers.
It seemed like a calm start, where most people relied on their inherent powers instead of the tools at the Cornucopia to survive. This resulted in a first event with only one death. Most teams had been separated to avoid fighting with others at the chaotic start, but some stayed together. There are very powerful people present, so you will have to be careful when traversing through the woods. Norm is not the most stealthy of creatures, so he will guard the loot at the Cornucopia for now, since you can contact him through the chips placed on his watch. You wait for Bob and EC-45 to catch up and take your first step into the dark forest.

A while later, whilst looking for a place to camp for the night, you hear some twigs breaking under the weight of a creature. On edge, you sign to your companions to hide in the bushes as you grab your knife and start looking for the source of the sound. Trying to stay as quiet as possible, you suddenly see a human figure walking a couple of meters away, and she has not noticed you. As you slowly approach her, you recognise the face and body of Selena Gomez. You grin and sneak closer to get behind her back. Her clothes had been somewhat ripped apart by the sharp branches and she looked exhausted. You feel a bulge starting to press against your pants and stroke it in anticipation for what would happen.
Selena continues slowly walking forwards, trying not to step on any branches again. She still is not aware of you or your companions, so you decide to jump her. The moment you start running, Selena hears you and turns around, to see a man charging at her with a knife in one hand. She screams and tries to run, but it’s too late as you land on her, brutally shoving her down on the ground. Lots of twigs break under Selena’s fall as she gasps for breath and lays there, trying to get up again. The fall had momentarily made her unable to move and that is enough for you to get on top of her.
