Michael: [Picks up Eve and takes her to her room then goes to meet his wife] You ok, Lene?
Selene: [Wipes her tears and looks at him with her eyes all red and puffy]
Michael: [Sits down next to her and pulls her against him] What's the matter, Sexy?
Selene: [Whispers] How did he even find us?
Michael: I don't know, Baby. I don't know. What I do know is that we need to tell my parents the truth about what we are.
Selene: [Pulls away and looks at him shocked] What? We do that, and your parents will hate us. At least me and the kids.
Michael: If I explain everything, they won't. I promise.

Eve: [Wakes up and walks to her parents' room and knocks]
Michael: [Opens the door] Eve. How you feeling, Sweetheart?
Eve: I have a headache, but otherwise fine.
Selene: [Gets up and hugs her crying again] My God. I was so worried. I thought you were gonna die.
Eve: I'm fine, Mama. Really.
Selene: [Pulls away and looks her in the eyes] Don't you ever pull a stunt like that again, Young Lady. Do you hear me? I thought you were as good as dead with the last beat down. Viktor could have killed you and I thought he had. PLEASE DO NOT do a stunt like that ever again.
Eve: I promise, Mama. I'm sorry I scared you.
Selene: [Hugs her again and kisses her forehead] I love you so much and I don't like seeing you hurt.
Eve: So is he dead? Viktor I mean.
Selene: Yes. Your father killed him for good this time.
Eve: [Nods] K. I feel better knowing he's dead. I'm gonna go to bed.
Selene: Alright, Sweetheart. Want me to come tuck you in and sing to you or read a story?
Eve: Sure.

In Eve's bedroom, Eve layed down and Selene tucked her in.
Selene: Ok. Would you prefer a song or story?
Eve: Song please. I like when you sing.
Selene: [Starts stroking her hair] I remember tears streaming down your face when I said I'll never let you go. When all those shadows almost killed your light. I remember you said, "Don't leave me hear alone." But all that's dead and gone and passed, tonight.
