love catches up with all of us
“So where are we going now that there is no treasure?” asks Will
“ We’ll be docking in Port Dove soon” jack said absently, looking at the horizon.
Kali was in her room, listening to her IPOD, taking a bath. She was thinking over last night. Jack and her had stayed on deck most of the night, he teached her how to steer, they joked around. But every time they tried to sneak out to jack’s room, SOMEONE would get in their way.
“ Land ho!” spike shouted
The whole crew gathered on deck, all but kali who didn’t hear the call (music)
“Dwarf, cotton, peg, ye stay ere ta watch over the ship” jack ordered,
“Where’s kali?” he asks, not seeing her
“In her room, I could get her if you want” spike said moving towards the room
“NOOO!” jack yelled, he quickly ran to her room, “the others are free ta go” he shouted over his shoulder before entering the room
The crew chuckled at his reaction before living the ship.
’Alone at last’ jack thought while entering the room when he was assaulted a sweet coco nut smell, he couldn’t take his eyes off her, her beautiful blonde locks stretched down her back. She was sliding the soap up and down her leg, He felt his mouth water, she was so gorgeous…
He suddenly felt grabbed from behind
“Mister sparrow! What do you think you are doing, spying on miss Kali” whispered an outraged voice
“Commodore! How nice ta meet ye” jack said, he looked around to find his entire crew being taken to the brig, a shouting Elisabeth and a grinning…Evil
“Pirates! You are all to be hanged the day after tomorrow at noon” Norie said, “take them”
“ Haha I win! Ye go get a nice meeting with the gallows!” Evil said happily slapping his hands together
“You too Evil!” Norie said
“What! But I helped ye get Sparrow!” he answered unbelieving
“ That doesn’t’ change anything, you’re still a pirate!” Norie said, jack grinned up at Evil
Before they were both forcefully taken down to the brig.
……….
“What the fuck do you think you’re doing?” asks an outraged kali
“My job…they are pirates, the are to be hanged…” Norie says taken aback by her use of language
“ There are friends you bitch!” spike snarls
“ And I am the law!” Norie says before leaving quickly
……….
Night time
Spike and kali tip toed down to the brig. Jack, Anna-Maria and evil are in the same cell. The crew is already asleep.
Jack is in a corner, his hat over his head, Ana is curled in the opposite corner, and Evil is in the middle staring at them in confusion.
Spike and kali ignore him and try to wake jack and Ana, but apparently they are in deep slumber.
“Hey, what bout me! I got an idea of how ye can get us out!” Evil whispers hopeful
“ Right, sure you do” they reply ignoring him
“Well think about it…I wana get out as much as they want!” Evil reasons
Spike and kali seem to think about it, they had no way to get them out now because (jack and Ana wake up at this moment but don’t say a thing)
a )Norie had the keys and was wide awake in his locked room
b) Even if they did get everyone out, they had no weapons, and most of the Navy was awake
“Okay…what’s your idea?” Kali asks
“What are you doing kali! He’s Evil!” spike says
“Ya, but he has a point, and maybe it’s a good idea!” she protested
Spike sighed and nodded his agreement
Evil grinned,
“Okay, just do what you guys do best” he said happily
“Huh? You want us to get high and kill the whole navy?” spike asks beleaguered
“No! Your old jobs, before you worked for me!” Evil answers
Spike and kali pause that was the last thing they had expected
“ You’re kidding right!”
“Nope, it’ll distract them…people in this time have never seen that! Some will probably faint or something, giving you all the time you need to save us from the gallows!” spike explains
“I am not doing this!” spike says
“You don’t have a choice!” evil replies
“No, I don’t want to, never again, you can’t asks us that! There must be another way!”
“There is no other way!” evil says “ and you wouldn’t just let Ana die, would you spike…the woman you love!”
Spike clutches the bars
“ You’re right, I can’t let her die” he says softly
“ Are you crazy! I don’t wana do this! Never ever again!” kali cries
Spike sighed,
“I love her, so I will” he says
“ And I’m sure you wouldn’t want Jack here to die! Right kali?” Evil says
“ What do you mean, I’ll never do it again!” she says firmly
“ You think I’m blind…I know you like jack, maybe more than just like…am I right?”
“ No, I don’t love” she says
“ Everybody does, no matter their past, no matter how tough, love catches up with all of us. I’ve known you for 3 years, and I can see you do! Even if you don't know it yet. I know what I’m asking is…traumatizing, I know you swore never to do it again, but If you don’t jack will die, nobody else can save him. And no matter how much you deny it, you DO lcare for the guy…you only see a good thing once it’s gone. Don’t do something you’ll regret…. although I got no idea what you see in this guy! But hey, it’s a matter of taste.” Evil finishes.
Kali remains speechless, before looking over at jack for the longest time.
“Alright…I’ll do it” she says quietly
Spike looks at her and smiles,
“ I’m proud of you” he says hugging her
“Okay, we have to plan this…see you later Marcus!” they say
Marcus grins
“I guess I'll die another day
I think I'll find another way
There's so much more to know
I guess I'll die another day
It's not my time to go” he sings softly before sleeping
Jack and Ana look up at each other, all thinking about what they had just heard…
