(A/N: Hey, we're back with the next, and final, chapter. Before I get to it though, I had someone ask if the Xenomorph was male since it did that to Fritz. And the answer is, no, not really. I guess the best way to describe it is that it's sort of a hermaphrodite. Really, Xenomorphs don't have genders outside of the queen and the genetically modified/created Xenomorph King. They are aliens, so their whole anatomy shouldn't be expected to match that of earth's creature. Xenomorphs' sole purpose is to reproduce and expand their race, and they adapt to be able to do that, which can even include changing their sex and physiology to allow that best to happen. In this one's case, since it inherited traits from the Species' race, whose sole function is also to reproduce and interbreed, it's adapted further to allow it to function in other ways, including... um, using Fritz as other means of reproduction that's not limited to the egg/Facehuggers. So I hope that clears that up. But back to the fact that this is the last chapter, because yes, it is. So sad, but it had to come. It was interesting doing a crossover like this, butI think it worked, and if you're still reading this, I guess you're enjoying it, so yay. But let's get to the big finale, I'm sure you're interested to see what's going to happen. Let's get to this.)

Chapter 12: Stowaway
“Shit,” Scotts swore. “Shit, shit, shit, shit. You gotta be kidding me. Right at the end. Of all places it could be, it has to be here?”
“It was nearby,” Alice said, getting a sense of what was going on in the Xenomorph’s head. “It heard the gunshot. It recognized the sound from when you sent that soldier after it. It doesn’t know where it came from, so it’s checking the whole area.”
“Fuck,” Ramirez seethed, resisting the urge to smack her hand against the wall. “Did it see us?”
Alice shook her head. “No, but it can tell we’re nearby. We can feel each other, and it can sense that I’m close.”
Lana looked behind them. “We should double back. We’ll come back here from a different direction.”
“It’s standing right in front of the fucking doors,” Ramirez told her. “It doesn’t matter which way we come from, it’ll still be there, and we can’t wait around until it leaves.”
“We can’t leave,” Alice said, and the others gave her a bewildered look. “It knows I’m close, but it’s not sure where. If we turn around, it’ll sense my departure, and it’ll be able to figure out where we are, and it’ll come after us.”
Scotts grunted in frustration. “So we can’t go forward, can’t go back, and if we stay here, it’ll find us. We’re screwed.”
Ramirez’s fists clenched. “If only Dawn hadn’t ruined the flame-thrower. We could have used it to draw it off.” She glanced at the gun in Scotts’ hand. “A gun isn’t going to do a damn thing; it’ll just piss it off.”
“I am sorry,” Lana told them. “Ordinarily, I would volunteer to distract the specimen myself, so the three of you could get away, but I am the only one who can fix the ship.”
Ramirez shook her head. “It’s not your fault, and we wouldn’t let you do that anyway. We have to think of something.”
Alice glanced at her. “There’s no time. It just realized we’re here. It’s coming now.”
Scotts’ heart was pounding in his chest. He could only think of one thing to do, and he really didn’t want to resort to that. If it couldn’t be Lana, then someone else was going to have to take a risk and distract the Xenomorph while the others escaped.
He looked at the others. Never before had he been more terrified in his life. No, that wasn’t true, there had been one other time. When he had seen the Xenomorph tearing Alice apart. And that was something he would not allow to happen again. His grip on the gun tightened, and he made his decision.
Taking a deep breath, he walked over to Alice, placed his hand on the back of her head, and pulled her in, kissing her hard. Alice’s eyes widened in surprise, but then she was kissing him back, her hands coming up to wrap her arms around his neck. Ramirez’s mouth dropped open at the sudden display, and she shared a look with Lana, who merely raised an eyebrow.
Scotts broke the kiss and looked at Ramirez and Lana. “Do what you have to do.”
Then, without another word, he ran out from behind the corner, shouting loudly. The Xenomorph rose to its full height, held out its arms threateningly, and snarled. Scotts raised the gun and fired, hitting the Xenomorph in the shoulder. It screeched and stumbled back, dripping acid blood, but still standing.
It was a long hall, but Scotts closed the distance between them, firing again. He missed, and fired a third time, hitting his target, and the fourth bullet merely grazed it. He was close now, and aimed lower, hitting the Xenomorph’s hip, and it toppled over. With only two bullets left, he ran past the fallen alien.
The Xenomorph hissed furiously as it stood up, its bullet wounds already healing. It gave chase, and Scotts turned around to fire again. The Xenomorph was hit, and it stumbled in its pursuit, but was quickly catching up.
Scotts reached the end of the hall, the door to the terminal right in front of him, and darted to the right, running down the other hall. The Xenomorph reached the end of the hall in no time, but instead of turning the corner, it jumped up and began crawling on the wall after him. Scotts turned around and fired his last bullet, and it ricocheted off the wall, missing its target. Scotts threw the empty gun at it before taking off down the hall again.
The Xenomorph briefly paused to snap at the gun as it bounced off it. Leaping off the wall, it opened its mouth and fired a series of barbs. Scotts cried out as two buried into his upper and lower back and another one in his leg. He went down with a pained grunt, but attempted to crawl away.
The Xenomorph crept up behind him, and its tail came up and stabbed downward, going straight through, Scotts’ calf, and he cried out in pain. It dragged him back, causing Scotts to emit more pained cries. He forced himself to roll onto his back as the Xenomorph crawled over him, baring its fangs. He looked down the length of the hall, seeing the others reach the door to the terminal.
“Go!” he shouted back to them, and then threw a punch in the Xenomorph’s snarling face. “Go!”
He threw another punch, and the Xenomorph lunged forward, pinning him down. It opened its mouth and its inner jaws shot out. They tore through flesh and bone, crunching straight through Scotts’ skull, and he fell back with a large bite having been taken out of his head, exposing his brain matter.
“NO!!!” Alice bellowed in a voice that hardly sounded human.
The Xenomorph turned to the sound of her voice and bared its fangs at them. Alice let out an inhuman roar back at it, but before anything else could happen, Ramirez finished punching in the code and got the door open. She took hold of Alice’s arm and pulled her along, Lana right behind them. The Xenomorph snarled and charged after them. Lana quickly hit the button to close the hatch, and the door began to slide shut.
The Xenomorph appeared in the door, just as it closed on it. The Xenomorph hissed and began struggling as it tried to get through while the door tried to close. Lana backed away as its inner jaws shot out at her. She dodged to the left, and they curled back to wrap around her. She ducked beneath the trunk and hurried away. The jaws snapped after her, but then reached the end of their length, snapping at the air just out of range.
Retracting its inner jaws, the Xenomorph proceeded to struggle against the door that attempted to close, but couldn’t with the alien in the way. Any other doors would have opened automatically upon detecting something in the way, but for safety reasons, since the hatch connected to the outside, it didn’t let anything in its path stop it, and the door continued to press shut on the alien.
But now the Xenomorph, already halfway through, found itself unable to get through or pull back, mostly in part due to its upper dorsal tubes being on one side of the door and its lower ones being on the other side, preventing it from either pushing through or pulling back, forcing it to struggle against the door.
Alice paused and looked back at the Xenomorph as it screeched and thrashed about. She bared her teeth at it and snarled back, but Ramirez grabbed her arm again. “We have to go!”
Alice glanced at her, her eyes having shifted to her alien form. “But it killed-”
“I know, and I’m sorry,” Ramirez interrupted, having been affected by Scotts’ death as well, but she was currently in survivor mode and was too hyped up on adrenaline to grieve right now. “But he died so we can live. Don’t let his sacrifice be in vain, especially not for that thing.” She glanced at the Xenomorph as it clawed at the walls and door, trying to pull itself through. “It’ll be dead soon anyway. Once the station blows, that’s it. And we need to be out of here and out of range by the time that happens. Now let’s go.”
The Xenomorph screeched again as it tried to push open the door. Alice gave it one last hateful look before she and Ramirez rushed down the length of the terminal, shutting its door and the door to the ship. When they reached the control room, they found Lana already hooked up, just as Cypher had connected to the Atlas. Her eyes were closed, and they proceeded to move around behind her lids as she worked.
“Please tell me you found the problem,” Ramirez begged as she sat down and began strapping herself in. “If not, we’re screwed.”
Lana didn’t open her eyes as she answered. “Cypher was right, Dawn hacked in and disabled the ship. It’s a quick fix, I should have it take care of in a minute…”
It was the longest “minute” of Alice and Ramirez’s life. They kept expecting the Xenomorph to suddenly come crashing through the ship’s door at any moment. Finally though, after what felt like an eternity, Lana’s eyes snapped open.
“It’s fixed,” she told them. “I’m starting up the ship now. We’ll go straight to remote pilot through my connection.”
Ramirez glanced at Alice. “Strap yourself in.”
Alice nodded and did just that as Lana fired up the ship’s engines. “We’re detaching now.”
But as the ship’s started up, and the relief that they were getting away from the alien began to set in, a sudden thought occurred to Ramirez. “Wait, where’s the Facehugger corpse and the egg it came out of? They’re not on this ship, are they?”
Lana shook her head. “They’re both still on the Atlas. There’s no trace of the specimen anywhere onboard.”
Ramirez let out a sigh of relief. “Thank God.”
As the ship began to move away from the Atlas, the Xenomorph was attempting to push the door open. It managed to force it open a few inches before its grip slipped, and the door closed on it again. The Xenomorph let out a frustrated cry, then it started to change, its size growing larger as it shifted into its battle form. It’s expanding girth pushed the door open further, letting it wriggle about more. The drastic increase in strength it received allowed it to push back harder against the door, and the Xenomorph finally forced its way through, just as the ship disconnected from the Atlas and began to drift away.
Remaining in its bigger and stronger battle form, the Xenomorph roared and charged down the length of the terminal, moving incredibly fast for something so large. When it came to the end of the terminal, it didn’t so much as slow down as it rammed into the door, massively denting it outward. The vacuum of space began sucking all the air out of the terminal, along with anything that wasn’t firmly secured down, and that included the Xenomorph. But it wanted out, and began forcing its way through, making the opening it had made bigger.
Its larger size worked against it now, so it reverted back to its smaller, original base form. Twisting metal cut into it as it attempted to scramble through the opening, and its acid blood it bled only ended up aiding it in getting out, and finally, it leapt away from the Atlas.
The ship had already put several dozen meters of space between it and the Atlas, yet the Xenomorph flew through space and latched onto the ship. It let out a vicious screech as it clung to the ship, apparently having no issue being in the vacuum of space, its regeneration healing any damage it might cause to its body as it began crawling over the ship.
Inside, a warning alarm sounded, alerting the others to their additional passenger. Lana looked at the digital display of the ship on the screen as it indicted where the problem was.
Ramirez leaned forward as much as she could to see. “What is it?”
Lana frowned. “We have a stowaway.”
She watched as on screen, the red marker on the image of the ship moved across it. It made its way to the front of the ship, and suddenly appeared out the window, looking in at them. Ramirez let out a cry at the Xenomorph’s sudden appearance as it opened its mouth and hissed at them.
“You’ve got to be fucking kidding me!” she exclaimed.
The Xenomorph’s inner jaws shot out and bounced off the glass. Then it began crawling along the outside of the ship again, disappearing from view. The three of them watched the screen as the marker indicating the Xenomorph moved along the ship before coming to a stop.
“Danger, damage detected,” Lana said in a voice that wasn’t her own. “Danger, damage detected.”
Ramirez swore as on the screen, the image of the ship now not only showed that something was attached to it, but also that the ship was being damaged by it, and she knew that the Xenomorph was trying to claw its way inside.
Her gaze went from the screen to the large, blue sight of Earth as they approached it. “Can we make it to Earth’s atmosphere? If we can, it’ll burn up upon reentry.”
Lana shook her head. “At this rate, it will tear its way into the ship before we get there. And depending on how much damage it does to the ship, we might not make it back at all, even if it doesn’t get inside and kill us. In all likelihood, the ship will burn up.”
“Then we have to get it off.”
Lana nodded. “Agreed, but I do not see how.”
So that was it then? All they could do was sit here and hope the Xenomorph didn’t damage the ship to the point that they would be able to survive the trip back to Earth. And even if they did, then they would be trapped on the ship with the Xenomorph. It truly seemed like a hopeless situation.
“I’ll go,” Alice said suddenly, and both Ramirez and Lana looked back at her. “I’ll go out and get it off.”
“That’s crazy!” Ramirez exclaimed.
Alice unstrapped herself. “I’m the only one who can do it. It’ll tear either of you apart.”
Ramirez looked at Lana uncertainly, and the android merely shrugged. “She has a point.”
On the screen, the red area representing the damage was spreading, and Ramirez cursed the universe as a whole. “Damn it! Alright, fine, let’s suit you up.”
Moving as fast as possible, Ramirez helped Alice slip into an astronaut suit. They then made their way to the inner hatch, and Alice stepped inside and attached her suit to a cable, connecting her to the ship.
“I know it’s a little late,” Ramirez told her remorsefully, “but I’m truly sorry for all that we’ve done to you. Deep down, I knew it was wrong, but I did it anyway, and I sincerely apologize.”
Alice looked back at her with an unreadable expression. “I can understand doing what you must for your species.”
Ramirez winced at that as her words gave her another new perspective for Alice’s desire to breed. “Be careful out there.”
She reluctantly closed the hatch. At that moment, Lana spoke again in a computerized voice. “Warning. Damage levels becoming critical.”
Knowing there was no time to waste, Ramirez depressurized the room. Alice then pushed a button, opening the outer hatch. The darkness of space greeted her, and she stepped out onto the ship, her magnetic boots keeping her secured to the ship.
She made her way around the outside of the ship. She could sense where the Xenomorph was and made her way over to it. When she found it, she saw that it had ripped a large hole in the ship and was trying to bury inside further. It was crouched over, its upper body obscured by the hole it had torn into. It continued clawing away, sending sparks and bits of metal flying as it tore its way through.
Suddenly detecting her presence, it came up and turned to her. It snarled viciously, but Alice held her ground. Then it was crawling towards her. Alice got ready as it came at her, but with the suit on, she couldn’t change into her alien form to fight back without tearing the suit to shreds.
That choice was taken away from her though as the Xenomorph pounced at her and she fell back as she was tackled, her feet coming off the ship. They somersaulted through the air for a few moments before Alice managed to bring down one of her feet, her magnetic boot securing her to the ship and stopping her momentum as the Xenomorph clung to her. It began shredding apart her suit as it clawed at her while she was pinned down. Alice tried to fight back, but it was tough with the suit, not to mention the zero gravity.
Opening its mouth, the Xenomorph’s inner jaws shot out, shattering the glass of Alice’s helmet. All the air was sucked out of the suit, and Alice gasped at the lack of oxygen. The Xenomorph continued to tear her suit apart, drawing blood as its claws sliced into her skin.
The suit was a lost cause, Alice realized it, so she shifted into her alien form. She slashed at the Xenomorph with her claws, scratching its head, and its acid blood burned her fingers. She did her best to ignore the pain as the Xenomorph pulled back, then opened her mouth and shot out her barbed tongue, penetrating the Xenomorph’s chest.
The Xenomorph screeched, and its tail shot through the air. Alice had been hovering in a vertical position with the Xenomorph on top of her with only one magnetic boot still attached to the ship. The Xenomorph’s tail came up beneath her, stabbing into her back and bursting out her chest. Alice cried out as the Xenomorph loomed over her, opening its mouth and exposing its inner jaws. Alice snarled at it and it snarled back, its inner jaws opening as well.
Alice’s gaze went from the Xenomorph to look over at Earth. It truly was a breath-takingly beautiful sight. She had thought that she had long since given up any hope of ever seeing it herself, but it still seemed that a part of her had held onto a small sliver of that hope. But now that no longer seemed possible.
So, as she returned her gaze back to the Xenomorph as it got ready to perform its signature head-bite, she let out one final screech before slashing at the cable connected to her suit, severing her connection to the ship. She brought her other foot down and pushed herself off and away from the ship, the Xenomorph still clinging to her.
The ship began moving away from them as they spun through space. The Xenomorph seemed to realize what had happened and ripped its tail out of Alice’s torso. It then crawled over her body and, using her as a platform, leapt off of her and back towards the ship.
Alice’s hand shot out, grabbing the Xenomorph by the tail, and she yanked it back, disrupting its momentum. The Xenomorph screeched as it futilely thrashed about, but was unable to build up any momentum in the vacuum of space. The ship drifted further and further away, leaving the two alien creatures spinning helplessly through space.
From the window of the ship, Ramirez watched as Alice and the Xenomorph got smaller and smaller as they drifted away.
“We lost her!” she told Lana. “We have to go back!”
The android gave her a sorrowful look. “We can’t. It’s too late.”
Ramirez was about to ask what she meant when it happened. The ship suddenly seemed to become engulfed in flames. They were entering the Earth’s atmosphere. All they could so now was hope that the damage the Xenomorph had done to the ship wouldn’t cause them to burn up or simply explode.
After struggling to strap herself into the shaking ship, Ramirez looked out the window once more. It was hard to see past the blazing inferno surrounding the ship, but she could just barely make out the figures of Alice and the Xenomorph. And then they caught fire as well as they entered Earth’s atmosphere.
Alice kept a firm grip on the Xenomorph’s tail, even as she was ignited with fire. The Xenomorph screeched as the flames engulfed it as well, and it began thrashing around for a whole new reason. Alice still refused to let go, but turned her gaze back to the planet, and she stared at it until her eyes melted in her skull, her regeneration no match for the flames.
The same was true for the Xenomorph as they flew through the air as two balls of fire, slowly burning away until there was absolutely nothing left of either of them, and their flames went out when there was nothing left to burn, leaving only a trail of embers behind until they too faded out.
Ramirez looked away when she could no longer see either Alice or the Xenomorph. She knew it was over though, there was no chance for survival for either of them. Whole meteors much larger and far more dense and far more durable than them would burn to ash long before they made it through the atmosphere, so there was no chance for either of them, not even with their regeneration. Fire was one of the surefire ways to kill them after all.
But the same was true for humans and androids. The ship was heating up fast from exposure due to the damage done to it by the Xenomorph. Warnings went off all over as it made its way through miles of the 1,700 degrees temperature of the atmosphere. There was no other choice though, and they continued to push through for the next several minutes.
And then, finally, it was over. The flames slowly died down around them, and they were able to start cruising through the sky. The warning signals slowly stopped, though the computer proceeded to display all damages. The ship, however, was still intact enough to allow for a safe, if rough and bumpy, landing.
Dripping with sweat, her clothes thoroughly soaked through, Ramirez emitted a sigh of relief, resting her head back against her seat. They had made it. They had survived the trip home, and the monster was dead. The last traces of Alice’s race were gone as well, and humanity was safe from it. And if she had anything to say about it, she was going to make sure the Company believed that all the Xenomorphs on LV-426 had been wiped out as well. And with Lana’s help, she believed they could pull that off; it had been Cypher’s last request.
A whimper escaped Ramirez, and she placed a hand to her sweaty face. Now that the danger had passed, her adrenaline wasn’t rushing anymore, and her emotions were starting to settle in as the full impact of all that had transpired in the past several hours began to hit her. Sanders, Houtras, Rogers, Dawn, Cypher, Fritz, Scotts, Alice, all of them were dead. Well, Cypher wasn’t, not yet anyway, but there was no time to go back and get him to stop Protocol Zero, and communications to the Atlas were still cut off.
And besides, it would be for the best that all traces of the Xenomorph and Alice were obliterated completely. There were just some things that humanity should not mess around with, no matter how advanced society and science became. Ramirez had thought that she was trying to help humanity with her work on the Species project; it had been the only way she had been able to justify the experiments they had done on Alice and been able to sleep at night, but now she could see that it was more akin to playing God. And that was something humanity had proven time and time again that it was not cut out for. Not now, probably not ever.
Well, Ramirez was done with all that. From now on, the closest she would ever get to playing God would be working with androids. As a computer genius, she had always taken a fascination with the building and programming of robots. She had even heard rumors about a race of androids that had been built by other androids. Perhaps she would look into those rumors. Maybe Lana could even help her with her search.
And speaking of rumors, she hadn’t forgotten the rumors revolving around the Company trying to clone Ellen Ripley. Concern suddenly filled Ramirez as she started to suspect why. If Ripley had been in contact with any Xenomorphs, then there was a chance she may have been impregnated by a Facehugger. If that were the case, then if they cloned her, then they would end up cloning the Xenomorph inside her. That is, considering they were able to properly separate her human DNA from the alien DNA and the two didn’t end up overlapping into some spliced monstrosity.
Ramirez shivered at the thought. Not just because such procedures would be horrific, but also because it would allow the Company to get their hands on a Xenomorph. Well, she wasn’t willing to let that happen. She would do whatever it took to make sure that accursed race was wiped out. In fact, if she ever managed to find these rumored robots built by other robots, she would see to it that they would start programming each other with the need to wipe out all Xenomorphs as well; for their sake as well as humanity’s. A species like that, whose literal sole purpose was nothing more than to wipe out other species, like some living cancer, should not exist.
“Are you alright?” Lana asked, breaking Ramirez out of her thoughts.
She opened her eyes and looked at the android, offering a weak nod. “I’m fine, just really hot.”
Lana nodded in understanding. “We did just get partially exposed to the planet’s atmosphere. We took on some damage, but should be able to make a safe landing.”
“Thank God,” Ramirez muttered, feeling exhausted, physically, mentally, and emotionally. “I didn’t realize how much I missed Earth until now.”
“Agreed,” Lana told her, “but I must tell you something.”
Ramirez squeezed her eyes shut. “Oh, please tell me it’s not more bad news.”
“That depends on your point of view. As we were reentering, I picked up the signal of another ship going by. It was a ship owned by the Company.”
Ramirez’s eyes widened as she realized what the ship must have been. Dawn had said the Company was sending a team, and that they would be arriving shortly. The Atlas hadn’t blown yet, but at this rate, even if the Company ship didn’t dock, they would still likely be close enough to get caught in the blast if the station blew in the next few minutes.
A dark part of Ramirez told her it was what they deserved and that she should just let them get blown to hell. After all, the Company clearly had no regard for the lives of others, not even their own employees, and only thought of their wallets. But still, she couldn’t just let them die like that, no matter how much they deserved it.
Letting out a deep sigh, Ramirez inclined her head. “I guess we should contact them and tell them to turn back.”
The android glanced back at her. “About that. I have already attempted to contact them, but it seems the heat has damaged the controls and disabled certain features. Communication will be impossible until repairs are made.”
Ramirez blinked. Their communications didn’t work? Then there was nothing they could do after all. Even if they wanted to warn them, they wouldn’t be able to. The Company’s ship and all those on it were doomed no matter what.
Glancing out the window, Ramirez looked up at the clear blue sky. “Then it looks like they’re going to get a big surprise.”
(-)-(-)-(-)-(-)-(-)-(-)-(-)-(-)
Ordinarily, when a ship or base or station was set to self-destruct, there would be warning lights flashing and a computer counting down its timer. That was not the case for the Atlas. Due to Dawn’s meddling and the backdoor manual way Cypher was initiating Protocol Zero, none of these things occurred.
And so, as the Company ship pulled into place, they were completely unaware of the timer counting down. And since they were using a different terminal than the one the Xenomorph had broken through, they were also unaware of any other problems. All they knew was that there was a Xenomorph somewhere on the Atlas, and they were determined to obtain it.
Cypher, for his part, was also not aware that an entire team from the Company, including one of its heads, had pulled into the station earlier than expected, and was now cautiously making their way through the terminal. He was putting all his attention into executing Protocol Zero, and so was unaware of anything else going on throughout the station. Had he been aware of their presence, his programming would have forced him to stop the countdown.
The Company had certainly come well equipped, and had anyone not known any better, would have thought them fully capable of capturing the Xenomorph and transporting it back to Earth. Unfortunately for them, there was no longer a Xenomorph onboard, and as the team spread out and began searching, they would only come up empty.
No, that wasn’t exactly true. There was still something to find. And even though the ship had used a different terminal, they were still close by to the nest the Xenomorph had been constructing, and so it hadn’t taken them long to stumble across it, and they got a small look at what the creature they were so desperate to get their hands on was capable of.
“What in God’s name…?” one of the team members muttered as they looked into the room.
Fritz’s body was still hanging where the others had left it. The only thing that had changed aside from her blood having coagulated and no longer pouring from her head and wounds, was that her stomach had grown even bigger.
The team members gathered around Fritz’s body, making way for the Company head, who looked up at it in fascination. Slowly, he approached, reaching out and resting his hand on Fritz’s stomach, then hesitantly pressing his ear against it.
Sudden movement from inside had him pulling back. They all stared at her stomach as they saw whatever was inside visibly moving around. Then her stomach started to swell some more, growing larger, almost to the point of bursting.
The movement inside became more active, and they could actually see the creature inside moving around wildly, even making out a few limbs as they pressed against Fritz’s stomach. The Company head stepped back as the other team members moved forward to capture whatever came out. There was a sick tearing sound as Fritz’s stomach began to rip apart before sending a shower of blood flying everywhere as it suddenly burst open.
A moment later, the Atlas exploded, destroying any and all traces of everything on it.
THE END
(A/N: And we are finished! Phew, talk about an exciting ride. But, sadly, we lost both Scotts and Alice at the end there. I know that I kind of built it up as one or both of them being the survivors, but it was always the plan to kill them off, and for Alice to be the one to truly finish off the Xenomorph hybrid. Kind of a subverting expectations thing. And not even the Company got away unscathed this time. Also, in regards to Ramirez's inner dialogue at the end there, that was me making a connection to Alien Resurrection, including how androids like Call attempted to sneak in to kill Ripley 8. But we all know how that went. And now this story has come to an end as well. It ended up being much lengthier than I thought it would be, but that's a good thing, I think. But if you're interested in more of my work, as I said last update, I started a new story, so check that out if you're interested, and don't forget to let me know your final thoughts on this one, I love hearing from you. Thanks for sticking with me, peace out.)
