Unification Part Nine
Part Nine
Three months later…
“Galaxa, may we speak with you a moment?” Joss’ rich baritone filled her ears. Galaxa looked up into her friends face, her eyes darting to the small woman at his side. Liza tried to hide behind him, unwilling to meet her eyes.
“What is it Joss? I’m really busy today.” Galaxa huffed, drained from her rounds.
Liza cleared her throat softly behind Joss. “It’s important, please?” she implored, her eyes wide.
“Fine, this way.” As Galaxa turned to walk into her office, Joss’ hand shot out to grab her.
“Not here.” Joss said softly, his eyes unreadable.
“Then where?” Galaxa asked him, exasperated with all of the rigmarole.
“Geo’s. And bring your medi-scanner.” Joss said, his eyes boring into hers.
“What? There is no way in the seven hells that I am ever setting foot in that place again!” Galaxa sputtered. Liza pulled on Joss’ hand, “I told you she wouldn’t go there. We can find someone else.”
Galaxa looked at them, Liza wan and pale, Joss hard and determined. She sighed mightily, reaching for her bag. “Let’s go.”
The long ride from the Temple to Geo’s palace passed in taut silence, the two occupants in the front seat unwilling to discuss with their passenger the need for her services. Galaxa sighed and watched the scenery out of the back window, her anxiety growing the closer they got to Geo’s.
***
Pulling into the underground garage, the trio made their way up the stairs and into the foyer of Geo’s house. Looking up, Galaxa found Anakin and Acaciah waiting there with Geo.
Geo looked at her, warmly appraising her. She scowled at him before looking at Joss and Liza. “Okay, I’m here, what was do damn important that it couldn’t be done at the Temple?” Her eyes scanned the others, searching for some clue as to why she had been summoned here. Her gaze was met by five impassive sets of eyes.
“Up here, everything is ready.” Geo said, motioning for them to follow him. Joss squeezed Liza’s hand and led her up the stairs after Geo. Anakin looked at Galaxa, nodding for her to follow.
“We’ll be down here.” Acaciah said softly, her eyes following her friends up the stairs. Liza nodded in response.
The turned off at the first hallway, Geo standing in the doorway of a sumptuous room, holding open the door. Joss led Liza inside, helping her off with her bulky robe.
Galaxa took one look at her and guessed immediately why she had been brought here.
“You’re pregnant,” she blurted out. Liza’s startled eyes flew to her face before darting back to Joss’.
“You can tell without the scan?” Geo asked her, leaning against the doorjamb, watching her.
“I’m an empath, you idiot, as well as a healer, so yes I can tell without the scan.” Galaxa snapped at him. “Why are you here anyway? Don’t you have someone to rob or kill?” Her scathing remarks had the desired effect. Geo’s eyes hardened and he nodded curtly to Joss and Liza before leaving the room, slamming the door behind him.
“Why are you always such a bitch to him?” Joss asked her, reproach in his voice. “Maybe you should get laid, it might help your disposition,” he said silkily, watching her with smiling eyes.
“Mind your own business Jossiah Kadeen” she spat at him, walking over to Liza and placing her hands on her stomach.
“Can you tell how far along?” Liza asked her softly, her eyes straying to Joss’ face. He smiled at her in encouragement, watching Galaxa carefully.
“Four months.” Galaxa said quickly, moving away from her and going to get her bag. “Give or take a few days.”
Joss and Liza looked at each other in joy, saying in unison, “The first night.”
Galaxa looked up, embarrassed suddenly at being here in such a private moment. “You will need to be checked by a healer who specializes in birthing. I can give you some names.”
Joss’ voice, suddenly cold, interrupted her. “No one from the Temple.”
“Joss, you are both Jedi, what could you possibly have against a Temple healer?” Galaxa asked him in stupefaction.
“They will take our child from us, you know that as well as I do Galaxa. Think woman! Do you know any Jedi other than Anakin who ever knew their family?” Joss spat, the hatred clearly evident in his tone.
“Joss, perhaps now is not the time.” Liza’s soft voice interrupted as she went over to stand next to him, sliding her hand into his. “Let’s go share our news with our friends waiting downstairs. I am sure they will be most pleased.”
Galaxa watched the two of them, Joss’ words burning in her brain. She gathered her things together and followed them downstairs to rejoin the others. Maybe if she were really lucky, Geo wouldn’t be there.
Joss and Liza walked hand in hand down the opulent stairway, Galaxa trailing behind, lost in thought. Her entire life, she had never questioned the fact that the Jedi snatched babies from their families, accepting it like she did the rest, hook line and sinker. They walked into the great room, finding the other three with a bottle of the finest bubbling wine from Medini already opened. Anakin raised a glass to Joss and smiled warmly at them. Geo strode over with three glasses, handing them to Joss, Liza and Gal. Gal looked at Geo, taking the glass from his hand and going over to the other side of the room to stand. Something was going on here and she just couldn’t figure out what it was yet.
Anakin proposed a toast, “To the next generation!” All six raised their glasses and drank.
Joss looked down at his love, dropping to his knees in front of her. Liza looked at him, the love she felt shining in her eyes along with something else, some secret knowledge that Galaxa wasn’t privy to. “Marry me love.” Joss said simply, his face pressed against her stomach.
Liza stroked his hair, that secretive smile dancing on her lips again. “Yes.”
Geo looked at them and laughed, “Another wedding?”
Anakin gave him a hard look and he had the grace to look embarrassed. He cleared his throat loudly and walked over to Joss, who had gotten to his feet and embraced his love. “You can have it here, whatever you want, no matter the cost, its yours.”
“Thank you.” Liza said before Joss could open his mouth. “We accept.”
Joss looked down at her and smiled, cupping his large hand across her belly protectively. “You heard the lady,” he said, smiling at Geo, before his gaze connected with Anakin’s. The two men shared a silent conversation while Geo walked around refilling everyone’s glass.
Galaxa looked at him, striding towards her and tossed her head in the air. She brushed by him, trying to leave the room. Geo’s voice stopped her cold. “I wasn’t going to propose to you now, you know.”
The other four occupants of the room looked up and laughed. Galaxa’s face burned crimson and she whirled, pinning Geo with her searing gaze. “I wouldn’t marry you if you were the last hope for a new race.” Her words hanging in the air like an eerie prophesy. She raked the other four with a scathing glare.
“Excuse me, I believe I must take my leave. My congratulations, Joss, Liza,” she bowed slightly and walked away.
Geo stopped Galaxa. “I am sure I can find someone to take you home, maybe on their way to go and rob someone.”
Acaciah and Liza’s feminine laughter pealed above the deeper baritone’s of the men, as Galaxa blushed crimson again and stalked from the room.
True to his word, a speeder was waiting for her when she stepped outside. She got in and sat down in a huff as the driver sped away.
***
Galaxa lay in her narrow bed, tossing and turning. Sighing in frustration, she got up and stalked over to the fresher. Going inside, she ran a bath, hoping that would relieve her tension enough for her to get to sleep. Today had been a most trying day, but then again, dealing with Geo Astara was never easy.
Humming softly to herself, she opened her cabinet and pulled several jars of sweet smelling oils out. Pulling the stoppers one by one, she sniffed them before finally deciding on the delicate scent of night blooming jasmine from Naboo. Leaning over the tub full of steaming water, she poured a thin stream into it, the scent filling the small room. Gal sighed with pleasure, already starting to feel more relaxed. The oils had been a gift from the Senator from Naboo and Padmé had promised her that she would indeed enjoy them.
Gal stripped off her sleep tunic, stepping into the warm water. The heat rose up through her body as she sank into the tub. She sighed again, leaning her head back and closing her eyes, breathing in the fragrant mist.
The oils did their magic, relaxing her enough to allow her to sink into slumber.
***
Geo strummed his fingers on his chair. He could feel her relaxing; it was just taking to long for his taste. He wanted to be there in person, watching that water caress her luscious curves, feel her heat flushed skin next to his. Sighing mightily, he rose and walked over to his bed, stripping off his clothing before slipping under the covers and relaxing back against the velvet pillows. Until she came to him willingly, he would have to content himself with this.
Stretching his mind into the Force, he touched hers. He was standing behind her bathtub, a blue silken length in his hand. He leaned forward to gently wrap it around her eyes. Gal started, rising up from the bath and reaching for the blindfold.
“Who’s-“ she said sharply, before being cut of by calloused fingers pressed against her lips.
“Relax my love, its me.” The man said, sliding into the tub behind her, his nakedness delicious against her soft body. Gal recognized the voice on some level, relaxing back into his embrace. This is some dream I’m having, she thought to herself with a smile.
Geo smiled as well, she was ready to accept him, if she would just let herself go. Time to have some fun, he thought, grinning wickedly. His hands reached around her body, cupping her full breasts in his hands, his thumbs teasing the nipples erect. Galaxa moaned as they tightened and puckered. She could feel his hardness pressing into her back. Gal ran her hands down his muscular legs, the hairs tickling her palms. Geo laughed, a rich deep sound that echoed in the small room.
“Lets move this to a more comfortable place” he whispered in her ear, bracing his hands on the side of the tub to stand up. Reaching back down, he picked her up, holding her weight easily against his body and carrying her over to the bed. The heady scent of the jasmine followed them into the room, adding to the sensual atmosphere.
Galaxa felt his hard body pressing into hers, curves meeting hard angles, fitting together perfectly. Geo trailed soft kisses down her neck, teasing her pulse point with his tongue. Gal moaned in pleasure, intense waves of desire radiating through her languid body. Her hands rose to caress his hard back, the muscles leaping and bunching under her fingers. She trailed one hand up to his hair, freeing it from its binder, letting his long locks cascade around their bodies.
Geo moved his way down her body, kissing and licking at each sensitive part. Her nipples were sucked and licked before he moved lower, dipping his tongue into her navel and swirling it around. Gal’s hips were bucking slightly with each touch of his tongue. She wanted to feel his mouth on her, tasting her intimately.
“Your wish is my command, love.” Geo whispered, moving down and settling his mouth between her legs, taking her clit into his mouth. He laved it with his tongue, sucking softly. Gal screamed in ecstasy, the flames licking at her body, radiating out from where his tongue played with her.
She was so passionate, hiding it well, wrapped up in the trappings of the Jedi. One would never guess at the wanton woman hiding beneath the prim and proper healer. She just needed the right man to make her realize all that she was missing. He smiled against her mound, he was the right man and he was going to prove it to her!
Sticking two fingers into her warmth, he pushed against her gently, finding her sweet spot and grinding his fingers into it. Gal’s hips bucked up, almost dislodging him in her passion. Pulling his mouth from her, he looked up at his beautiful woman writhing on the bed and asked her softly, “what do you want love?”
“You.” Galaxa breathed, hands reaching for him, pulling him close. Geo complied, settling his hard body between her thighs, his hard cock poised at her entrance.
“Are you sure?” Geo asked her, reaching up to caress her face gently.
“Oh, yes. Please.” Galaxa whispered raggedly, moving her hips upward to bring him closer. Geo pulled the blindfold off of her eyes as he sank deep into her moist warmth. Her emerald eyes met his ebon gaze, as he possessed her body. She gasped in shock as she realized who her mystery lover was. Geo pulled out and sank back in, wringing a sobbing moan from Galaxa. He rode her body quickly, bringing her passion back. Her lids sank closed and she wrapped her legs around his waist, welcoming him.
This was her darkest, deepest fantasy brought to life. She had wanted and missed him every day for ten years, and now here he was, body joined intimately with hers. His long, deep strokes picked up pace as he drove them towards fulfillment. She screamed again in ecstasy as she clenched around him, the spasms sending him over the edge as well, shouting her name as he came. They lay there, wrapped in each other’s arms, breathing heavily.
Geo pushed himself up on his arms and kissed her. “Look at me Galaxa.” He commanded. Her emerald eyes flew open and locked with his. “Until next time, my love.” Geo whispered, kissing her passionately before disappearing.
Galaxa sat up in the bed in shock. What just happened? She thought, looking around the room. Was that a dream? How the hell did I end up here? Galaxa ran her hands over her body, feeling the slickness from the bath oil, the scent of the jasmine still heavy in the air. Standing up, she winced at the soreness she felt between her legs. Walking over to the fresher, she saw the bath still drawn, the oily film dancing on its cold surface, telling no tales.
Three months later…
