Lex woke slowly. She became aware of soft grass tickling her face, and that her front was damp from the sopping ground she lay on. With a small groan she got up looking around. The raptors hot breath coated her neck. She felt a tug. There was a loud rip in the air. Her chest felt very cool all of a sudden. She opened her eyes. The raptor had ripped her shirt off.
