Not a crappy chapter! ^^ I like flashbacks!

I have my own theories of just why Anamaria is so protective of Will based on the hints you've given us and that ridiculously noble nature of his. ^^ I can't wait to see if I'm right or not!

Mindless? Oh, no. I don't actually go looking for abusive fics under Lord of the Rings. I just stumble across a good one from time to time while looking for Aragorn/Legolas fanfictions. People just seem to love to torture my poor elf. Right, Ana does seem to inspire everyone around her. I feel sorry for Jack. He's going to have to get through Anamaria to get in a relationship of any kind with Will. I like how you showed Jack's vow of revenge for Bootstrap. Btw, I won't just tie you to chair. I'll tie you to a chair in front of a computer with nothing but caffeine to keep you awake until you write the next chapter, savvy. I write even through in the sugar treatment if nothing else works. Lots of sugar *always* works.

YES! I've been sitting here, refreshing (like usual) and I was so hoping this refresh would be the time a new chapter showed up. And it was! Yay. Yeah, it was kinda short, but I'll take whatever I can get. Looking forward to see what's gunna take place in the flashback, but then again... I'm looking forward to just about anything. ^_^ Hehehe. Can't wait for another chapter! Keep up the /fantastic/ work!!!

I don't usually read AU, but you're other story showed you had enough talent to write quite a bit under Pirates the Caribbean. I like the way you have Anamaria overprotective of Will. Will probably wishes the Black Pearlisheishes him off the first time since the slavers came across him. I would expect they were particulary abusive against the yong lad, but if that wso hso he would be withdrawn from anything living. Oh well, its not like I'm complaining. If I wanted abusive stories, I have plenty of those under Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter. Good start and I'll be looking foward to more in the future from you.
