I like this. I'm not so sure I fully endorce the exact lyrics you used for the story since you only really referenced fire once or twice. I do however like your plot and your characters. And the sex was spectacular as well. A sequal would be awesome!

A very nice story! Very tender, very sweet, very in character for Jack, I thought. I noticed a few typos here and there, and I would probably suggest that you leave out the lyrics-- your story doesn't need them. I skipped over them, in fact, because I wanted to read the story itself. But great job, and I'd love to see what you have planned for a sequel.

I confess, when I read the sum I w I was expecting somewhat of a Mary Sue, but your story definitely surprised me :)
Your characterization of Jack was fabulous, and I have to agree with the comment that the song lyrics aren't needed at all.

Well... for something I had the original impression would be another Mary-Sue... I was surprised. Well done. Nice bit of smut too, well-written, and tasteful, even if it did involve a virgin prostitute (well, that's redundant, but you understand). Will look forward to a sequel.

I really liked this story- very tender and sexy! jack comes across as extremely appealing. It's good to see some good het action here. I'd enjoy reading a sequel. I'd like to hear more about Tessa and her life at Madame's.
