i haven't watched the full movie but I did watch a few clips on youtube. what I got from the clips is that Mia will do anything to make in Hollywood, even cheat on Greg and Seb. Mia doesn't feel sorry for dumping Greg who pays for everything. my suggestion is to follow up on the story where Mia has run-in with Greg and his fiance on the street.
