A very nice sweet but intense moment between them! I love him running on pure instinct, it makes up for a lot and hes more than masculine enough to prove he's up for the job :) very smexy interlude

I adore this whole sequence. Knowing where it comes from, this is such a natural progression between the characters and the time frame involved but - that aside - this is one seriously *hot* interlude.
Rex and Bren have fantastic chemistry; a chemistry that carries them from the get go. The attraction is obvious, but I love how Rex is still Rex though he's never done this before.
For a 'first time' fic, this is incredibly sweet - having Bren take the lead but Rex adapting to the situation and learning with typical Clone effectiveness and his own 'flare' is just fantastic. They've a give and take between them that is both mutual and lovely to see; not to mention incredibly sexy and sumptuous. This really is a feast - in more ways than one ;)
This was a fantastic little 'moment' between Bren and Rex and Rex, as I've said before, never loses his "Rex-ness" which makes it all the better since he's in character throughout. He's not weak, he's not needy; he's still a leader but is willing to bow to her experience and, once he's confident in what he's doing and the effect he has on her - not just her on him - to take the lead in his own way.
The protection is a nice touch and very responsible of both of them, though I doubt Rex gave it a thought all things considered *grin* I doubt that's the kind of thing covered in flash training. Which really, if you think about it, it *totally* irresponsible of the Kaminoans; unleashing men that hot on the Galaxy without any knowledge of basic procreation is just criminal [holo net research aside ;p]
