Two short chapters and I can already tell this is going to be delightful! I love a naughty Goblin King, and I feel like most good authors have to work up to a decent portrayal, but you have made him entirely believable already! Also, I hate how plausible it is that Toby would throw a little kid fit and wish himself back! Little kids can be such a pain XD

Keep up the excellent writing, my dear! I'm hoping this continues!
