Thanks for this touching fic. I had tears in my eyes, and that does not happen often. The movie was very sad. I'm a romatic at heart, so I wished it had a good ending, but then it wouldn't have touched me. The letter was a good idea, a good closure. It was heart breaking to see him write it and address it to someone long gone.
