I'm pretty new to AFF. This story caught my eye. I don't normally like stories that add characters to an established script. (Adding charcters after the fact doesn't bother me.) So, since this was changing the original plot, I wasn't too sure I would care for it. The main reason I even read it was because I have read some of the stories you have posted on other sites and enjoyed them greatly.

After reading it, I have to tell you, I like this story - A LOT! I think you have a superb writing style. I can almost feel Bell's exhaustion and fear. You definitely have a flare for drawing the reader into your world. Keep up the good work.

I hope to see much more of this story soon. I can't wait to see what they find at the settlement and if John's comes after them!
