OMg Shawshank is one of my favorite movies and my twisted mind has seen this scenario between red and andy before. I just read all your mini series and enjoyed it very much I thought red was really in character (harder to tell with andy) but red especially good. anyway just wanted to say your writing was great and i enjoyed the stories!
