Interesting. But Smith married and has kids? C'mon - it's not quite realistic. Why would he, the one who despises humans, want to exsist, let along be married to a human? And why would the Agents blow up schools to give Morpheous the blame? They are almighty in the Matrix, I'm sure thay can find an easier way. Humans are machines' energy source. The Agents are protectors - not killers.

But, well - your story - your rules. I hope I haven't been too rough on you. It's just meant as a frendly-minded critique.
