Well done on a fairly decent first slashfic. A bit rushed towards the end, but I agree with your "tension > smut" idea - makes it a better read.

You know what's so fuckin' weird? I didn't know that it was Will & Grace untill Jack made that comment on being Karen's only fag or something like that. It took me forever. I'm like "Wait, fag = gay. Jack said fag when fag = gay. He said it to Will and Grace... oh."
