Will there be a chapter 6 (I sure hope so!).

    Great story!

Barbossa and Elizabeth come to life in your writing. I also love that in this story they have children, each with their own personality.

Thanks for your writing and also for your influence on other writers!

Ooh there's another chapter? Please write it!! I love this story, and I love your style!! You are fantastic. This is my first barbossabeth that I've read, but I must say, it was fantastic!! I love that you added in that he went to the fountain of youth, and drank from it!! ^.^ XXOO

    Grace,

It's so good to see you writing again! No one can write a better love & sex scene than you can. I appreciate the fact that you have Barbossa with a foreskin, so many forget that this would be true. Barbossa is always so passionate and hot in your writing.

Good to see you back! Please write some more!

Wow, Grace. That is really amazing. The sex scene is steamy, but what really did it for me was the heartfelt tenderness:
“The man yeh love is bygone and worn, a once proud sloop of war with her canvas shredded and yards hangin’, sailed through one too many a tempest, fought one too many a fight, *buried the lee cathead, but damn him, by his word, girl, he loves yeh just as much as yeh do him.”

I actually teared up thinking of how hard it must be to give up something or someone you care that much for, but knowing it is the best thing you can do for them. He's a man of his word and honor, but that must rip him apart inside.

    And again here:
“Exile!” his blue eyes flashed with the word. “Find’er an island, leave her be there.”

An act of compassion, only evident to the two parties involved. And the tale comes full circle...

    This is absolutely beautiful.

Oh, I am so glad you posted this. I certainly needed this today!

Interesting twisting of timelines there - somehow, 3 years later they've found enough loopholes to keep getting it on. I love the take on the Brethren Court rejecting her! Makes sense - Tai Huang probably expected to inherit the Lordship (probably a popular expectation), Liz has only been a pirate for a few months at best, and she said so little during the meeting, except to ask questions, vote for herself, and declare war. Hector wants to exile her? I wonder that he doesn't decide to claim guardianship over her. It certainly sounded like he intended to stay her lover, if not her husband.

Looking forward to more! (I do so miss AMI lol!)
