Just found this story and I love it. I love the Riddick/Vakko pairing. And I love how you had Riddick bring the hell hounds back from crematorium with him. Have you considered doing a sequel?

Wow... How come I have never seen this story before? I mean, I have been strolling around pitch black section and not once I have seen this story or heard of it. Neither way I LOVE IT! My eyes did not leave the computer screen while I was reading this. GREAT JOB MAN!

    Eeeeeee.

I'm rereading this for the seventy millionth time. It's just as good this time around if not better.

    I JUST realized that Karl Urban was in this. I've been obsessed with him ever since I watched Star Trek...four times. ^-^;;

He's very yummy in all that black armor and I've got this image of Vin and Karl just sliding all over each other....it gets hard to breath sometimes. :D

I had to come back and read this for the third time even though I haven't forgotten anything what happened in it.
It's just so good, so well written, with perfect portraying of characters and with such a beautiful undercurrent through the whole story. Like syrup or honey, sticky and sweet, like orange and yellow and red; Such warmth and comfort, that you just want to wrap it around yourself and sink into it and never leave.
    This story is just amazing.

Oh, I LOVED Right hand :) It's just...so good, that words just aren't enough to describe it :D

Chapter ten was the perfect ending. You made me love Riddick. The possessiveness and gentleness were in perfect balance; The way Riddick took care of Vaako, and couldn't let anyone else touch him while he was wounded. And their relationship was nice too; the way Riddick protected Vaako and still teased him :)
I like that Vaako sisn't remember much of his dream-time with Yur. It would have been too cruel if he did remember. And then there would have been the trauma YOU would have had to deal with... It would have been a nice sequel, but I'm glad you ended it the way you did. Now the main focus is on the pairing and not on the incidence.

The ending was, simply put, perfect. The insecure and soft question of "mine?" was heartbreaking =) And the nicknames... xD I laugh ^-^

You are a great writer. There are so many elements in just this one story I love to death, so I can't possibly imagine what else you might come up with in other stories. It's just...
You moved me. And entertained me. And hardly anything moves me anymore the way you did.

So I thank you for gracing us all with your wonderful writing. And I hope you never stop writing and submitting ^-^

Holding "Right hand" forever close to her heart and moving on to read your other stories,

Chapter nine was beautiful and painful. From the beginning to the ending, simply marvelous.
The POV-changes were fun and they paced the story well :)

I loved the idea and wording in the beginning, where he thought his heart as a simple muscle, that pumped blood in the rythm of "mine, mine, mine". That was almost poetic ^-^

I also loved all the little things that proved to Vaako that Yur's dreams were false - all the memories that centered on Riddick. It was brilliantly portrayed :)
And then there were the litlle hints that just kept on tingling and tickling in the back of my head even after the part was over and done with.

I just LOVE your writing!! You are awsome ^-^
And I thank you for gracing us with your writings :)

Off to reading the last part,

Well, chapter eight sure is action filled :D
Finally we are reaching the center/highlight of the story!

The grey snow-dust - Eww.. Wouldn't want to be there breathing the remains of thousands of people into my lungs...

hmm, what else could I say...
Riddick was sweet ^-^ He's almost turning soft ;) But only almost.

Your flow is still incredible, no hitches what-so-ever. And it still doesn't seem rushed.
    I applaud you.

Wondering if she should read the next chapter tonight,

Chapter 6 - *melts to a puddle of goo*
    Well, that chappie was HOTT...

Yay, You brought the hellhounds back! The Rage POV was fun ;)

I loved how sweet Riddick was, ("Can't promote you to something that doesn't exist") and how gentle he was - and the fact that he want's to have something sweet in his harsh life :D

Umm.. I'm still kinda puddle-ish. I'm afraid "The smut was awsomely written" is about the only coherent thing I can say ^-^

    Trying to pull herself together,

Chapter 6 - The mystery of the planet of grey snow and big revalation of Vaako's past.

I love how the relationship between Vaako and Riddick develops. How Riddick wants Vaako too to feel, and feel good, when they finally have sex. How gentle Riddick is with Vaako :) And still teases him mercilessly and gets Vaako to blush xD
I like that you're givin Toaran his personality gradually. And how Yur is sliding into obsession so easily and slowly.
I also like the pace the story is moving. Nothing is rushed but still moving with it's own weight so that it doesn't feel too slow. Vaako realizes his feelings slowly even though not many days has passed. Your flow is really good ;)

The planet is a mystery, and that was your intention ;D It's a nice add up on the building relationship and not a distraction at all.

Vaako's past and origins...are interesting. The empathy is nice, you're making Vaako special instead of making him some allmighty-thingie or a furyan mate. It's a nice change :D Even though he is an almost created companion/mate, the empathy is still nice.
And you explained the quasi-dead well, as well as Vaako's reluctance in telling what he remembers.

Finally willing to let the story rest for the night,

Chapter 5; the plot behind Vaako's past and abilities thickens :D

I have to confess, I never would have thought Vaako and Riddick could work together. Somehow you just make it work and get even me exited about this pairing :D
That is a high praise to you, since Vaako wasn't one of my favourite characters when I watched the movie for the first times ;D

The honor guard Yur will be a problem, you can see that miles away. And Riddick is possessive, if not jealous yet (..I guess he has no reason to be, silly me xD). The whispering in Vaakos ear is a nice touch, so is Vaako's blushes :) They are cute little things that are important and remembered with fondness :D

...Still in love with the Hellhounds x) And the name Protega is gorgeous. I thought it would have origins in latin, but i still got the gist of the name. And I'm sure she will protect Vaako to the best of her abilities ^-^
Rage is also an appropriate name for the alpha. And I love how you are giving the Hellhounds their own personalities :D It makes them more "human" too, and not just nameless and faceless pets. You make them companions :D

I also like the way Riddick speaks, how he leaves the "I" out in the beginning of his sentences. It shows his origins :D

Swearing she had something else to say, but unable to remember what it was,
