I have read both I & II. I am both impressed and humbled by the storyline you have developed.

Good is not great. Bad isn't so evil. They are complex, much more so than in a George Lucas world.

I never thought I'd read a story that made me appreciate Boba Fett or Jango Fett's line. You have made me wish you gave him a high midachlorian count so he could become really complex.

I always thought the Old Republic's Jedi Council was wise and above reproach. Here, Obi Wan came across as short sighted. Even when a bad tree can't bear good fruit, he must understand if his seed was a part of I'Lai's mix then she can't always be led to do evil things. Even if she was bred to be boil on the ass of the universe, we all have choices to make as we meet our destinies.

You make it all so real. I commend you.

Oh my god that was beautiful!

I'm so glad you updated here, too, because just as it was getting interesting, FF.net cut it off, right in the middle of Obi's discussion with Luke about I'lai.

Heh, I was wondering when Fett was going to marry her. ;P And he did kill himself, just not the way I was thinking he would. Very sneaky of you. ;)

She's not out of the woods yet, is she? Heh, wouldn't be a good tale if she wasn't.

Luke, in his discussion with Obi and his father, made me think of a great many anime heroes, the reaction he had when faced with the possibility that he might have to destroy someone dear to him and those around him to save the greater good.

Let's hope that, like those heroes, heh, he follows his heart and I'lai comes out safe. *is also wanting to know the meaning of her name* Such a pretty name, too. :)

Ooh, please update soon, I'm dying for more! Seriously!

"Enter the Sandman" is such a strong, solid piece of writing that it forced me to go back and re-read some earlier chapters. It's clear that Ivy is teaching herself how to write a novel. In this chapter the battle scenes move like a freight train while the character bits are very rich. The scene in the kitchen especially---Ivy mixes comedy, gore, and threats seamlessly. Not only do here characters shift durning that scene, her writing style shifts with them---long compound sentences when the evil witch is serving stew, short punchy ones when she gets...nasty.

The other scenes that really stand out are Leia hiring Bobba Fett, and Lando getting his leg shot off (Jesus, Star Wars action figures are going to start coming with detatchable limbs). Both of these scenes have great action and believable dialoge. Great work.

The really good thing about this story is the fact that her original characters are just as real, just as fleshed out, as the copyrighted ones.

Thanks Ivy. I'm a fan, and I look forward to reading whatever you put out next.

Okay, for all of you readers out there, my dear fanfic friend Ivy, is, in my opinion, one of the greatest fanfic writers out there! Besides having an excellent vocabulary and such a smooth flow to her stories, they are full of excitement and adventure and comedy! I LOVE IT! So review! LOL :D

And now, to dear Ivy herself, this last part his his chapter was funny as hell with the whole Sabotage by the Beastie Boys. I love that song! It fit really well into the action. Also the Republic should get one thing straight, never doubt the Boba! He sure showed them lol.

I know my reviews aren't really writer critic material but your story just gets me so darn happy, it's like I'm a little kid again back at the beginning of my Star Wars obsession. So in view of an adult perspective, your spelling and punctuation is superb (if my spelling is off in this review please just ignore) and you keep the reader gripped by the throat with the great amount of action and dialogue.

There...how was that? Lol. Ooo I heard about your idea with the DarkHorse people and it sucks that they wouldn't include everything that you have written (I myself would love to see a bit of smut...but then again you can't sell that to the kiddies). So good luck with your inside friend and all and if it goes through, I'll be sure to be the first in line to by it! Also just to let you in on what I'm planning on doing in the future when I'm stinkin' rich (crosses fingers), I'm wanting to make a cartoon version of Iile, the animation being a cross between Final Fantasy's: The Spirits Within and Titan A.E. Sooo if that works out I'd love to help you out with making The Fett Dynasty into a movie version and such. I know it's a huge goal or whatever but then aga.I d.I do have some VERY big goals in life. Oh well, something to believe in :P

Hope that this review didn't bore you too much! Can't wait for your next chapter (as always!)

Your number one fan (at least in my mind),

    Seiko ;P

BWA HA HA HA (leaps back into the scene and promptly falls flat on her face)....Ouch...

ANYWAY, soooo sorry I didn't review this delightful chappie sooner, I ended up reading it in class when I was SUPPOSED to be doing work but, you know how it is. I loved the conversation between Leia and Boba. She's actually pretty smart when it comes to dealing with him, especially since her beloved Han isn't the biggest Fett fan lol.

Yay Boba has come to rescue dear I'Lai! Although I'm not too sure she needs the rescuing, those powers of hers are getting pretty freaky :O You write Boba soooo well, I know I've probably told you this time and time again but... he's such a HOT badass! LOL.

As for my next Iile chapter, I haven't even started it yet (my bad!) because Pirates of the Caribbean (namely Cap'n Jack Sparrow!) has been calling again. If you saw the movie and liked it perhaps you could take a quick peek at my story called Cursed Souls and let me know what you think :D (I'm not fishing for reviews....okay maybe a little, but this site sucks for reviews, huh?)

Way to rock the Star Wars galaxy!!

    Seiko ;P

And I HAD to add something else! *veg* Can´t WAIT to see what you come up with with my favorite Dark Lord of Sith in red and black! *Sighs* Not many pe wre write about Maulie much anymore... I´m glad to see there are still some fan fic writers who try to keep Darth Maul in the lime light...though he is mostly lurking in shadows ;)

Never before have I read anything as well written as the Fett Dynasty story in any book, fan fiction list or fan fiction website or archive. Ivy has the ability to draw a reader in and make them part of the story. There is so much detail and emotion that I found I could not stop reading and when there was no more left to read, I wanted more! Stories like this really affirm my obssesion with the Star Wars Universe...and a certain Mandalorian armored Bounty Hunter ;> Excellent work Ivy dear! And I still think you should make this a novel *eg*

This trilogy just gets better and better! Wow, I hope you update soon! :)

Though one thing, I like how ya brought Maul into this. *cackle* Last one you ever expect.

And I'lai...is Padme and Obi-wan's daughter? *blinkblinks* Did I read that right?

LOL, don't tell me. I wanna find out more, so please update! :)

    FOR A FEW CREDITS MORE:

Despite the author's self-deprecating note at the top of the chapter, this latest installment is a very solid bit of work. It focuses completely on the villians--there isn't a single hero, Jedi, or good guy in the entire entry--and manages to stay just this side of over the top.

It centers on two very strong charactors--Daala and Czethros--who form an alliance. Ivy uses lots of telling details about their body lanuage, dress, and speech to reveal their inner struggle, rather than simply telling us about it (the old "show, don't tellle).le). That's why the best part of this chapter is when they are finally alone together, carving up the galaxy between them like old Chicago mob bosses. A nice echo of Gene Hackman's Lex Luthor gives the scene a little comic relief without diminishing Czethros' menace ("Australia!").

Likewise the last paragraph, which is lifted straight from about a hundred old Republic Pictures serials--but it works.

This chapter is almost completly plot driven, a good contrast from the visons and charactor development of the last few installments. When the foreshadowed siege begins there will be lots of time for inner monolouges and relathip.hip. This chapter lets us revel in the delicious evil of the Empire.

Another great chapter with interesting charac. Yo. You have a great handle on Lucas' creations, and the original characters are really coming into their own. Burl in particular has clear motivations and a fully-realized backstory.

The diner scene juggled exposition and comedy very well.

A couple of constructive criticisms---some of the alien characters, especially the minor ones, are hard to keep straight if you don't have a guide to the expanded universe handy. A few more descriptive passages (do they have claws? fins? 18 eyes? a blowhole? Details, please!) would help. Also, Leia's dialoge seems a little flat (but that might be because of the exposition-heavy nature of the scene.) But compared to Luke's and Burl's dialoge, which seem very fresh and natual, comecomes off a litttilttilted.

    On to the Siege!
