Wow, that was an unexpected end .. Very unexpected. And I don't really like that Pearl woman... I hope Jack waits for Will nontheless.
But you shocked me with those revelations, really. Jack an enuch, Will a murderer.. Really creepy. And I pity those poor characters! You really made them suffer!
But nontheless, I read all of it and it wasn't bad^^

That was a very appropriate ending. Sad but good :) Still, i don't get what happened to the cat in chapter 8. What did?

loved it hon, bit to graphic for my liking in the cut-of-the-goods part but apart from that i really liked this story, especially the ending where he finally finds peace:)

OMG! That was a wonderful story! I hate chacter death stories normally, but that was the most fitting ending I have ever read. It brought me to tears. Thank you so much for writing that :)

Actually, I kinda like that you killed him (not that I wanted Jack to die or anything, mind you... O_O). This was a very nice read. *nods* I enjoyed this fic very much! I just wanted to hug Jack the whole time! ;_; But it was really sweet how it was at the end, the very end, with the figurehead becoming the Pearl holding the sparrow. *nods* Brilliant! Two thumbs up!

Hellborne! I was so happy to see your name under reviews. I hope life is treating you better, my friend.
    SPOILERS BELOW:
Well what can I say? I'm very glad that he got to heal in a sense before it ended the way it did. And I love how much he and Will love each other and how tremendously tender Will is with him throughout the story. Honestly, it felt like the right ending to me, although I'm sure may will disagree. As I've said, the really trying thing for me is to see Jack hurt and treated badly - I'm afraid that the more I write him, the more in love I fall, and the the more protective I feel. But then if I didn't feel that way - for me - it would mean I wasn't doing it right!

As always, even when you take paths that I would prefer not to walk down, your writing is always thoughtful, crisp, sexy and intelligent. And for that I am gra grateful!

    >he began licking Jack’s member in earnest, sending Jack over the top
Are you sure that alone would work? Of course it would stirr up bad memories if Will tried to fuck Jack or even only touch "that magic spot inside", but would it really work without?
It looks as if you were rushing the story a bit towards the end. Jack not coming down from the crow's nest to take command on deck; a treasure ship surrendering after only a warning shot and nobody smells the trap? It sounds not entirely convincing to me.
    >He looked down at his body.
    >He seemed completely whole.
    >His legs were both intact, and he was even missing the scars and other markings from his arms.
There is one other part of his body hopefully restored, and, seeing that most men value it very much and this is Jack Sparrow, I could imagine he would look there first. *g*
Don't let my nckincking get to you - the end with the ghosts finally joined and happy is lovely!
    >A Most Strangely Exquisite Form
I don't think that story is better than yours, only different. Totally different storyline and aim. You shouldn't compare. Both are good in their own ways.

    BRAVO!!

Honestly, I couldn't see him living or even wanting to live after losing so much more of himself. I am actually relieved that he died because I was thinking that if he had lived, he'd have been begging William to take his life for him.

Well, marvelously brilliant chatper, mate. Truly enjoyed every minute of this story.

    Cheers!

I like how you finished this story, with Jack recovering......... then dying, and then the peace. And making him blind again, was like returning to the beginning of the story. Nicely written.
