Every chapter that I read just keeps getting better and better. It's really amazing. I feel treated to read your work.

I have a strong hunch that you're going to establish a situation that has Padme able to kill Darth Vader while he feels totally devoted to her....and I'm really hoping that Padme doesn't go through with her plans. Hasn't this couple been through enough trama and anguish?

Can't wait for you next chapter. I'll check in regularly.

    Till then...

Wow! That was gut-wrenching. Vader is an evil dog and deserves everything he gets. But, at the same time, as I said in my last review, I am having a difficult time not feeling for him. He is going through pure agony.

You wrote that beautifully, especially from Vader's point-of-view. You do a marvelous job of making me feel his incredible pain and confusion.

This story is just so sad because it cannot end well for anyone. (Sad in a good way [as she tries to smile].)

This story is so fantastic and heartbreaking at the same time. I am so glad that Anakin realized that his love for Padme outweighed his anger towards her. Can't wait for the next chapter! Great job!

You ended the chapter there? You're as evil as Vader. Absolutely loving the twist here. Post the next chapter soon.

It should be next to impossible to feel any sympathy for Vader, yet I somehow have managed it. I find it horrible to watch him deal with the inner conflict that he is experiencing. He is inflicting terrible pain and destruction on those around him, but equally upon himself. Clearly, a part of him is desperate for someone to save him from this personal torture. He is living trapped in a hell of his own creation, which he attempts to justify and condone, with no apparent way out.

I have never been a big Obi-wan fan, and I did not expect much more than what I saw from him.

And, it was actually very brave of Padme to try what she did, but then, of course, she doesn’t have much to lose at this point anyway. She is living a lonely life on an out-of-the-way planet, isolated from her family and friends, separated from her children, all under the guise that it is for the good of the galaxy. She has sacrificed so much already, she is probably not afraid to sacrifice her life at this point. She is at least willing to throw herself in there and to try to make a difference -- unfortunately, Vader truly feels betrayed and abandoned by her and is not in a forgiving mood. She needs to re-think her approach -- she’s not dealing with a rational human at this point and trying to make a Dark Lord of the Sith with hurt feelings see reason is only going to make him mad.

This is a good, old-fashioned tragedy. I love it!

Oh dear, Padme has rather underestimated her husband's insanity. She should have listened to Obi-Wan, but then, since when does she listen to anyone? Doing the reasonable thing is not a Skywalker trait. I hope what's-her-name doesn't actually kill Padme, though even if she tried, she wouldn't get very far, I don't think. She doesn't look too healthy. And I hope her children are OK, though I'm getting the feeling that they're not. Can't wait for the next update!

    THIS IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please tell me you're going to update soon!!!! I really want to know what's going to happen, this is definitely one of the best fics on this site, that I've read. I want so bad to see Anakin and Padme happy again...but after all he's done I doubt it. You write the emotions so well, all the pain and confusion, it is so sad--exactly the way I like to read a story!

    KEEP IT UP!
